  • 1.食材备齐
  • 2.将五花肉切成2厘米左右的块
  • 3.锅加水,五花肉冷水下锅,水开后将肉块焯透,打去浮沫,捞出待用
  • 4.锅加油烧热,下入冰糖,中小火炒制糖色,待糖色稍深
  • 5.待糖色稍深,下入五花肉翻炒上色
  • 6.在加入葱姜蒜,花椒,八角,干辣椒炒出香味
  • 7.加入开水,没过肉面,在加入红烧酱油调色,料酒,大火烧开,改小火炖40-50分钟
  • 8..加入宽粉条,盐,继续炖至粉条熟透即可盛出
