豆沙烙饼
喜欢吃烙饼,家里有豆沙馅于是就做了这个红豆沙烙饼。是发面的豆沙馅是自己煮的,里面放了红糖,吃起来味道很好,饼皮绵软馅料甜糯。

Steps to make 豆沙烙饼

  • 1.自己煮的红豆沙。
  • 2.中筋面粉450g,即食燕麦片50g.
  • 3.面粉、即食燕麦片倒入面包机桶中加入260g温水、酵母8g开启和面功能,和成面团后醒发
  • 4.发2~2.5倍的面团用手指扎一个洞表面不会弹,说明已经发好了。
  • 5.面团取出在面板上揉搓后松弛10分钟,在分割成两份各分别搓成长条。
  • 6.揪成剂子后搓圆用手掌心按扁。
  • 7.擀成中间厚边上薄的包子皮。
  • 8.皮的中间放上豆沙馅。
  • 9.包成包子形状。
  • 10.收口朝下用手按扁。
  • 11.电饼铛预热后抹上薄薄一层油,把饼摆放在里面,留有缝隙。
  • 12.两面分别烙金黄色5~6分钟就可以了。
