菇香炒豆
今天这道四季豆正当是享福
竟然有鸡汤来当“喝”
用鸡汤来当汤底
这四季豆的味道也不一样了

Steps to make 菇香炒豆

  • 1.备好所用材料,香菇泡发好。
  • 2.锅内加入适量油(手抖了一下,油多了),油热加入泡好的香菇丁。
  • 3.煸煎至香菇微黄出香。
  • 4.滤去多余的油后,加入适量蒜头。
  • 5.炒至出香后,加入四季豆爆炒。
  • 6.炒至四季豆色彩变深后,加入二勺鸡汤。
  • 7.煮至四季豆熟透后,加入适量盐及鸡精调味既可(其实鸡精可以不加得)。
  • 8.又香又有味的菇香炒豆完成。
