  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 泡打粉1克

  • 1.鸡蛋打入大碗中,加入白糖打匀。
  • 2.加入一勺蜂蜜打匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的面粉,泡打粉打匀。
  • 4.黄油融化后加入到面糊中打匀。
  • 5.打匀后放入冰箱保鲜30分钟。
  • 6.取出后分次加入水调至光滑,并且滴落的面糊很快消失的状态。
  • 7.不粘锅预热,加入一勺面糊,小火煎。
  • 8.到面糊出现小孔时翻面。
  • 9.翻面煎熟。
  • 10.在浅色面抹上豆沙馅。
  • 11.盖上另一个即可。
