玫瑰酱饼干
女儿的同学上周六过生日,全班一起去春游,除了准备生日礼物外,女儿还亲自(在我的指导下)做了些饼干带去。

  • 黄油200克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 少许
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋粉300克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 玫瑰酱20克

Steps to make 玫瑰酱饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖搅打至体积变大,颜色发白。
  • 2.少量多次加入鸡蛋,每加一次搅打均匀再加下一次。
  • 3.筛入低筋粉。(从这步开始,就是女儿动手了)
  • 4.将面团倒在台面上,用手抓成面团。
  • 5.加入玫瑰酱,抓匀。
  • 6.台面上铺上一层保鲜膜,放上适量的饼干面团,再盖上一层保鲜膜,轻轻擀成厚约3mm的面皮,移至冰箱冷冻5分钟左右,取出,用模具刻出饼干。
  • 7.烤箱预热,170度,上下火,烤15分钟左右。
