葱油面
早餐或者一日三餐不想做饭时,花5分钟煮一碗面,浇上葱油一拌,就是香喷喷有滋有味的葱油拌面了。传统的葱油面只是“光杆面”拌葱油,如果说填饱肚子这么着没毛病,但要考虑到均衡营养就差点儿意思了,尤其是打算经常这么吃,肯定要缺乏营养了。

解决这个问题很简单。煮面的时候放一把绿叶蔬菜,膳食纤维和一些维生素就得到了补充;卧个鸡蛋与面条同煮,那蛋白质也有了;再或者从超市买两样小菜,这不一顿营养餐就齐了?即使天天吃葱油面,但把配菜换一换,连吃一周都不腻。

Steps to make 葱油面

  • 1.小葱清洗干净,甩掉叶间的水珠;如果着急使用可和厨房纸吸干叶间的水珠;切寸段。
  • 2.小锅中倒适量植物油,油2、3成热时将葱段入锅,小火慢慢炸。
  • 3.小葱的水分逐渐消失,叶片由绿变微微焦黄、浅褐色。
  • 4.倒适量生抽、酱油,煮开后倒入小碗备用;一次多炸点儿,能吃好几天。
  • 5.面条用鲜的或者干的均可,用原味小麦面条或者杂粮面条无所谓。
  • 6.烧一锅水,水开后入面条。
  • 7.煮到没有白芯时,捞出用凉水过凉。
  • 8.捞适量面条入大碗,淋适量葱油,拌匀即可食用。
  • 9.葱油面,葱香浓郁,顺滑爽口!
