原味曲奇
因为第一次做曲奇,心里没底,所以用了方子一半的量。成品很酥,有浓郁的黄油香味儿,卖相吗?貌似花纹不是特别清晰,还待改进,放凉后装在曲奇饼干盒子里几乎可以乱真呢。

  • 蛋液25克
  • 细砂糖17克
  • 糖粉32克

Steps to make 原味曲奇

  • 1.原料。
  • 2. 黄油切块室温软化,淀粉过筛,鸡蛋打散。
  • 3.先中速搅打黄油30秒后,加入砂糖和糖粉继续搅打至稍稍发白,膨胀。
  • 4.分次加入25克蛋液,每次搅打至黄油和蛋液融合后再加下一次。
  • 5.筛入低粉,拌匀。我没有橡皮刮刀,是用勺子拌的。
  • 6.装入裱花袋。
  • 7.挤好曲奇坯子,放入烤箱中层,预热190度,上下烤12分钟。
  • 8.烤好的曲奇放凉后装入饼干盒保存。
