我的糖果梦之二——圣诞小饼干
本来是要做圣诞节的姜饼的,可是家里的人都不太喜欢姜粉的味道,估计牛牛也不会吃,所以还是改成了普通小饼干的配方,然后做上装饰。本人很没有画画的天赋,也没有什么灵感,大家凑合看吧,我画得有点丑,不准笑哦!

  • 柠檬汁1小勺

Steps to make 我的糖果梦之二——圣诞小饼干

  • 1.原材料:低筋面粉110克,黄油50克,鸡蛋25克,糖粉40克,盐一小撮。
  • 2.黄油软化后,加糖粉、盐,用打蛋器打至均匀顺滑。
  • 3.鸡蛋液分三次加入黄油里,并用打蛋器搅打均匀,每一次都要让鸡蛋和黄油融合以后再加下一次。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 6.把面团放在案板上擀成厚约0.3CM的薄面片,用饼干模具切出一个个的面片。
  • 7.烤盘上铺上油纸,把切出来的面片摆放在烤盘上,刷上10克蛋加20克水的蛋水液静置20分钟,再刷一次蛋水液,放入烤箱中层,190度,15至20分钟。
  • 8.糖霜材料:蛋白20克,糖粉150克,柠檬汁1小勺。
  • 9.蛋白和糖粉混合打发,加入柠檬汁,继续打发就成为蛋白糖霜了。
  • 10.裱花袋中放入糖霜,底部剪一个小口,在饼干上画上喜欢的图案。
