Steps to make 抹茶蜜豆芝士蛋糕

  • 1.原材料

  • 3.黄油软化,用的时候隔水加热融化
  • 4.吉利丁泡水泡软,大概用20克左右水
  • 5.奥利奥饼干一袋,剩2~3块备用,用保鲜袋装好,弄碎(原本是要去掉白心的,可是节约没去,也不错)
  • 6.奥利奥碎放入融化的黄油碗中搅拌均匀
  • 7.抹茶粉用20克开水沏开,搅拌均匀无颗粒,凉凉
  • 8.将奥利奥碎放入6寸磨具中按实
  • 9.打蛋器将奶酪打至无颗粒
  • 10.淡奶油中放入砂糖,用打蛋器打至成酸奶状
  • 11.将抹茶、酸奶倒入奶酪中搅拌均匀,再加入融化的吉利丁搅拌
  • 12.再将其倒入打发好的淡奶油中搅拌
  • 13.奥利奥饼底上撒些蜜豆
  • 14.将液体倒入磨具中,有点多,我又拿了个小磨具,可以将剩的两块奥利奥掰开插进去
  • 15.进冰箱冷冻四小时以上,在表面筛抹茶粉,糖粉可做图案
  • 16.切开后的成品
