芝士焗土豆泥,法帅蒸烤箱做法

  • 马苏里拉芝士碎100克

Steps to make 芝士焗土豆泥,法帅蒸烤箱做法

  • 1.培根切成1cm的小块,待用。
  • 2.土豆洗净去皮切块。
  • 3.放入锅中,加入没过土豆的水,大火烧开后转小火,煮至用筷子可轻易插透的状态,捞出土豆沥干。
  • 4.用压泥器或漏勺将土豆压成泥。
  • 5.趁热撒入软化的黄油、盐、和现磨黑胡椒。
  • 6.法帅蒸烤箱200度预热。
  • 7.淡奶油用小火加热至50度左右。
  • 8.将淡奶油缓缓加入土豆泥中,边倒边搅拌,直至成为软冰淇淋的硬度。
  • 9.青豆和培根加入土豆泥中搅拌均匀
  • 10.搅拌至软冰淇淋的硬度,装入烤瓷碗中。
  • 11.撒上马苏里拉芝士碎。
  • 12.放入法帅蒸烤箱底层,选择烧烤模式。
  • 13.烧烤模式220度20分钟。
  • 14.烤至20分钟左右奶酪就完全融化变成金黄色啦。
  • 15.出炉就可以吃了,要注意烫哦~
