腊味煲仔饭
腊味煲仔饭是广东地区的传统特色美食,我用刚入手这个黑乐砂锅做煲仔饭,操作简单易上手,特别好吃,轻轻松松就能做出美味可口的煲仔饭。

Steps to make 腊味煲仔饭

  • 1.新入手的黑乐砂锅,洗净,擦干,备用。
  • 2.大米洗净,用水泡半个小时。
  • 3.腊肠和腊肉切成片备用。
  • 4.青菜摘洗干净,水烧开,加入少许食盐和食用油,放入青菜焯一下捞出,放入凉开水中浸泡备用。
  • 5.调味汁调好,备用。
  • 6.砂锅内刷一层植物油。
  • 7.泡好的大米控干水份放入砂锅,倒入一勺植物油拌匀,倒入适量的清水。
  • 8.盖上盖子,大火煮开后转小火继续加热至水分快收干,出现气孔。
  • 9.整齐的码放腊肠和腊肉,盖上盖子小火焖两分钟。
  • 10.打入一个鸡蛋,再盖上盖子小火焖两分钟。
  • 11.码上青菜,淋上调味汁。
  • 12.再小火焖两分钟后关火,再焖一会儿就可以开吃了。
