孜然烤串虾

  • 鲜虾300克
  • 孜然粉1匙
  • 胡椒粉1匙
  • 酱油2茶匙
  • 料酒1匙
  • 植物油1匙
  • 辣椒粉1匙

Steps to make 孜然烤串虾

  • 1.将虾洗净剪掉虾须,并在虾背切开一道小口,方便腌入味。
  • 2.加入料酒、酱油、胡椒粉、孜然粉、抓捏腌制20分钟。(腌料可根据个人口味加减)
  • 3.腌好后用洗净的竹签,将所有虾从尾部串好,如图
  • 4.将串好的虾铺入烤盘里。
  • 5.所有虾刷上一层植物油,最后均匀的洒上辣椒粉。提前预热烤箱200度。
  • 6.将虾送入烤箱中层,用上下火200度烤8至10分钟即可出炉。
  • 7.成品。
