Steps to make 腊肠蒸五谷饭

  • 1.五谷米需泡四小时以上。
  • 2.泡好的五谷米加半杯大米清洗一下(单五谷米口感不错加半杯大米一起煮口感会更好,这是我家喜欢的比例)。
  • 3.捞入瓦钵中。
  • 4.添加适量的水,加几滴香油,白醋,煮出来的饭香又软又Q。
  • 5.放入蒸锅里大火蒸35分钟。
  • 6.饭在蒸的时候,处理一下腊肠,用热水清洗一下,改刀切片备用。
  • 7.待饭表面没水后打开盖子。
  • 8.将腊肠铺于饭的表面,盖好盖子继续蒸10分钟,饭好后多焖一会口感会更好。
  • 9.蒸好的米饭,是不是很有食欲。
