  • 地瓜叶少许
  • 花椒粉少量

Steps to make 滇味酸菜魔芋粉丝煲

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.肉片加料酒,花椒粉,盐,生粉抓勻腌制十分钟。
  • 3.魔竽切条,腌菜切细。
  • 4.锅内放油,下腌菜炒香。
  • 5.加入魔竽炒至水份收干。
  • 6.砂锅置于火上,放入短时间泡过的豆腐结和干粉丝,不加水。
  • 7.盖上炒好的魔芋。
  • 8.刚才的炒锅内加入适量水,烧开。
  • 9.炒锅内烧开的水倒入砂锅。
  • 10.腌制好的肉片炒熟,盛盘。
  • 11.将肉片铺在魔竽上,加适量酱油,闷煮十分钟至水份收至半干。
  • 12.地瓜叶切丝加入煲中,二分钟后关火。
  • 13.稍稍拌一下,上桌。只需这一个菜,就可以给你无限回味的一餐。
