烤肉什锦饭团
这个饭团是根据炒饭变过来的,本来只是简单的做成了烤肉炒饭,结果发现冰箱里还剩了一点儿沙拉酱,就索性拌进去吧,没想到味道真的是太好了!

  • 豌豆15g
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 黄瓜1根
  • 干香菇3朵
  • 番茄酱3g
  • 海苔1g
  • 沙拉酱10g
  • 烤肉料5g
  • 老抽2g
  • 料酒2ml
  • 生姜1小块
  • 辣椒半根
  • 香葱1小段
  • 食盐5g
  • 花生油5g

Steps to make 烤肉什锦饭团

  • 1.鸡胸提前取出解冻,用刀背拍的松散些,生姜去皮切成丝。
  • 2.肉放入碗中,加入3g的食盐、烤肉料、老抽、料酒和姜丝。
  • 3.翻拌均匀,腌制至少两小时。
  • 4.将腌好的鸡肉放在烤盘上。
  • 5.预热烤箱,上下火加热风对流,200度30分钟,烤好的肉拿出来切块儿,或者是顺着肉的纹理撕成小块儿。
  • 6.花生洗净,也放在烤盘上。
  • 7.预热烤箱,上下火150度,10分钟左右即可。
  • 8.烤好的花生放凉,去掉表面的红衣,切成稍微带颗粒感的花生碎。
  • 9.大米淘洗一遍。
  • 10.放入电饭煲中焖熟。
  • 11.接下来将胡萝卜和黄瓜去皮切丁,香菇泡发也切丁,卷心菜切丝,辣椒切小圈,葱切葱花,准备好少许熟的豌豆粒。
  • 12.锅中倒油。
  • 13.先放入胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 14.在放入辣椒和香菇丁炒香。
  • 15.放入米饭翻炒。
  • 16.最后将剩余的食材——黄瓜丁、豌豆粒(熟的)、花生碎、烤鸡肉、香葱碎和卷心菜丝一起放入翻炒,加入2g的盐调味儿即可。
  • 17.将炒饭放入碗中,舀入沙拉酱,搅拌均匀。
  • 18.可以借助保鲜袋将其拧裹成圆形。
  • 19.将番茄酱挤在饭团表面。
  • 20.可以撒点儿海苔碎或者黑胡椒装饰。
