白色情人节,做了这款小蛋糕,送给毛同学。

Steps to make 雪人蛋糕

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.葡萄干泡发,然后擦去表面的水份。
  • 3.蛋黄加30克糖。
  • 4.用打蛋器打到发白,体积变成原来的两倍左右。
  • 5.蛋白中滴入几滴白醋,先用慢速打到呈粗泡。
  • 6.然后分三次加入15克糖,快速打到出现纹路状,最后呈现小玩勾的九分发状态。
  • 7.取三分之一的蛋白加入到做法3的蛋黄中。
  • 8.用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 9.加入剩余的蛋白,轻轻的从容器的底部刮起拌均匀。蛋糊中筛入低筋面粉。
  • 10.葡萄干中加入适量的低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.蛋糊中加入葡萄干,用刮刀拌成均匀的面糊。
  • 12.将面糊舀入铺好蛋糕纸的模具内。
  • 13.烤箱预热,160度,上下火,烤20分钟。烤好的蛋糕,取出去,放在晾晒架上晾凉。
  • 14.淡奶油加入适量的糖打发。
  • 15.打好的淡奶油装入裱花袋。将奶油挤在蛋糕坯上。
  • 16.草莓做成小雪人造型,摆在蛋糕上即可。
