Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.食材备齐。
  • 2.倒入少量的油,不要太多,因为一会炒五花肉会煸炒出来很多猪肉。
  • 3.倒入五花肉炒久一点,把油都炒出来,出现琥珀色。
  • 4.放豆角和青椒,加两勺盐,两勺酱油,两勺生抽,翻炒两分钟。
  • 5.加热水,没过豆角,煮五分钟,撇去半碗汤备用。
  • 6.铺上面条,注意,不要把面条贴着锅铲,面条容易糊锅,如果感觉汤汁少,就加入刚才撇出来备用的汤,焖三分钟,翻拌一下,再焖三分钟,就可以出锅啦。
  • 7.出锅装盘,可以享用啦。
