清热解毒—凉拌苦瓜
夏季天气燥热,让人容易口干舌燥,火气大。所以在夏季,吃一些清火清热,生津补气的食物,可以缓解身体的燥热,让身体变得舒适、健康。
苦瓜味苦性寒,有清热泻火的功能。不但维生素C含量居瓜类之首,而且它的胡萝卜素、核黄素与矿物质钙、铁、磷的含量也较丰富。《本草纲目》称其能“除烦热,解劳乏,消心明目”。现代研究表明,苦瓜含有的皂甙,能刺激胰岛素释放,能降低Ⅱ型糖尿病人的血糖。
所以在夏季多食苦瓜,有不好的好处。但苦瓜性寒,故阳虚、畏寒怕冷的人不宜多吃。

  • 葱白一根
  • 红彩椒少许
  • 食盐1茶勺
  • 蒜茸少许
  • 生抽1汤勺
  • 1汤勺
  • 白糖1茶勺
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 清热解毒—凉拌苦瓜

  • 1.苦瓜洗净,对半切开,去掉苦瓜瓤。
  • 2.斜刀切成均匀的薄片。
  • 3.锅中加水,调入一茶勺的食盐。
  • 4.水开以后下入苦瓜绰水,约一分钟即可
  • 5.捞出放入事先准备好的凉开水里。
  • 6.红椒和葱白切丝,泡入水中,以便卷曲。
  • 7.把蒜茸放入调料碗中,加入生抽、醋、白糖、香油搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把苦瓜捞出稍微控干水分,摆入盘中,再放上红椒和葱白。
  • 9.把调料汁淋在苦瓜上。
  • 10.锅中烧热少许油。
  • 11.把热油浇在蒜茸上,即可食用。
