  • 1.黄豆洗净用热水泡发。
  • 2.放破壁机里。
  • 3.选果蔬。
  • 4.打成粗一点豆浆。

  • 6.一边煮一边搅拌,大约15分钟,泡沫很少了。
  • 7.取蕖荬芽切末。
  • 8.放豆浆里搅拌均匀。
  • 9.一边煮一边搅拌至完全没有泡沫即可。
  • 10.成品。
