  • 1.排骨 洗干净入冷水锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 2.香叶、大料、葱姜放入电瓦煲 。

  • 4.加适量水,盖上锅盖通电煲。
  • 5.15分钟后将玉米入锅同煲。
  • 6.南瓜去皮去瓤洗干净,切成滚刀块。
  • 7.排骨煲至8、9分熟时将南瓜入电瓦煲 。
