这道蛤蜊蒸蛋,就是利用贝类含锌量高的特点,对宝宝进行食补。虽然蛤蜊的做法很多,可以爆炒、煮着吃,但是和鸡蛋搭配,营养吸收是最好的,口感也是宝宝最喜欢的!

Steps to make 蛤蜊蒸蛋

  • 1.锅里放适量清水,放入洗好的蛤蜊,加入2-3片姜片帮助去腥。
  • 2.趁锅里煮蛤蜊的时间可以开始准备蛋液了,把鸡蛋打入到大碗中,抽打均匀,倒入和鸡蛋液差不多量的凉白开,比例是1:1或者1:1.5,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.蛋液用滤筛过滤一遍。
  • 4.放入蛤蜊。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,用牙签扎几个孔帮助排气。
  • 6.蒸锅内放水,把蛋液放入锅里大火烧开后,转中火继续蒸15分钟,焖1分钟后撕掉保鲜膜就可以啦!
  • 7.出锅后撒些葱花,淋上宝宝酱油就可以吃啦!
  • 8.很滑嫩哦!
