什锦素咖喱
简单的素咖喱,其实做法很像炖菜,就是把各种菜处理后一大锅的炖煮至入味,酸辣可口,配饭正好,没有肉味道也很好哦,

  • 1.把所有食材准备好,鸡蛋摊饼,胡萝卜切小厚片,土豆切块,豇豆切断,秋葵切滚刀块,冬瓜切厚片,
  • 2.豇豆加适量水炒熟,
  • 3.加入胡萝卜和土豆,翻炒均匀,
  • 4.加入秋葵和和冬瓜片,翻拌均匀加水没过食材,
  • 5.红辣椒折断,加入里面,喜欢吃辣的可以多放一些,
  • 6.水开后加入咖喱酱,
  • 7.这个量一般放两大勺加一小勺即可,再挤入半个青柠的汁,
  • 8.把酱料拌开,放入手撕包菜片,
  • 9.加入油豆腐,
  • 10.炖煮至汁浓稠即可,
