  • 蚝油1勺
  • 特级酱油4勺
  • 清香米醋1勺
  • 熟白芝麻少许

Steps to make 菠萝咕咾肉

  • 1.首先把猪里脊切小块,加入2勺臻品蚝油、2勺特级原汁酱油、1勺淀粉。
  • 2.抓拌均匀后腌渍至少半小时,或者直接冷藏腌渍隔夜。
  • 3.锅中倒油加热,把腌渍好的肉片沾上一层薄薄的的淀粉。
  • 4.下肉片炸至微微金黄捞出,油继续加热后,再把肉片倒进去复炸一遍。
  • 5.把炸好的肉片沥油备用。
  • 6.然后准备点胡萝卜片,菠萝切小块用盐水浸泡,再准备一碗料汁:2勺特级原汁酱油、1勺清香米醋、2勺糖、葱花、熟白芝麻、1勺淀粉、少许盐,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.起锅热油,下胡萝卜片煎熟。
  • 8.倒入沥水后的菠萝,炒到断生。
  • 9.把调好的汁水倒入锅内,再稍微添加点水稀释一下,煮至汤水冒泡。
  • 10.最后倒入肉片,翻炒均匀即可。
