爱心千层蛋糕
一层又一层~~里面包裹着我粉色的“心”~~送给最爱千层的你~~

  • 细砂糖45g
  • 纯牛奶375g
  • 班戟粉150g
  • 淡奶油400g
  • 细砂糖25g(淡奶油里)

Steps to make 爱心千层蛋糕

  • 1.提前准备好各样材料~(成功是留给有准备的人哦!)
  • 2.鸡蛋加入细砂糖并搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入纯牛奶并搅拌均匀
  • 4.过筛面粉,并Z型搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入提前融化好的黄油,并搅拌均匀
  • 6.过筛混合物,最好过筛3次~让千层皮更细腻
  • 7.用汤勺勺混合物~每次一勺
  • 8.勺到模具上摊平
  • 9.放微波炉高火叮上1分30秒左右~如果加热不足,10秒10秒追加叮一下~
  • 10.把饼皮摊放在网架上放凉备用~
  • 11.饼皮又薄又均匀~再弄另一张饼皮,直到一张张饼皮都制作完成~
  • 12.细砂糖一次性加入淡奶油里打发至9分发,其中留100g淡奶油加上红色色素打发至粉色奶油
  • 13.饼皮摊平放在底托上
  • 14.抹上淡奶油
  • 15.到第三层的时候,中间加点浅粉色的奶油在中间~小一圈~然后一层一层慢慢加大
  • 16.直到饼皮奶油都层层叠好~A4纸中间剪出一个爱心,然后放在千层最上面,撒上可可粉装饰
  • 17.成品切开~~里面还有一个小爱心~~
  • 18.满满都是爱~
