草莓酱芝士蛋糕
这个草莓芝士蛋糕有点特点,是得到一个老奶奶的私人配方做的,口感独特。饭后当甜点或是当下午茶的糕点都不错!

  • 消化饼250克
  • 温室黄油100克
  • 鸡蛋三个
  • 朗姆酒两勺
  • 柠檬汁少许

Steps to make 草莓酱芝士蛋糕

  • 1.用油纸铺好模具的底部和周围。
  • 2.饼干和温室软化了的黄油放在料理机打碎(没有料理机的话可以用面擀把饼干压碎在混合黄油拌匀)。
  • 3.把打碎的黄油饼干平铺在模具里压实压平,放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 4.三个全蛋加糖和柠檬汁用打蛋器稍微打发(我打的太发了结果烤出来一看起的太高了)。
  • 5.加入意大利乳清继续搅打到顺滑无颗粒为止。
  • 6.倒入朗姆酒搅拌均匀至合为一体。
  • 7.把蛋糊倒入模具里摊平。
  • 8.烤箱预热180度40分钟左右,我烤了45分钟所以太老了,大家看自己的烤箱定。不喜欢上面的那层可以像我一样把它掀掉。(如后图)

  • 10.最后抹上果酱就可以了,我最喜欢草莓酱,所以就是它咯!嘻嘻
