  • 细砂糖15克
  • 3克
  • 淡奶油45克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 干酵母2克

Steps to make 哈斯面包

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.除粗砂糖外的食材,先将液体放入柏翠面包机桶内,再放入干粉类。
  • 3.盖上面包机盖,启动馒头键,大约揉面20分钟即可。
  • 4.取出滚圆放进大碗内,盖上保鲜膜放置温暖处发酵。
  • 5.发酵到2倍大小即可。
  • 6.分成100克的三个面团。
  • 7.擀成长舌型。
  • 8.两端对折捏紧。
  • 9.最后再两端捏紧成橄榄型。
  • 10.放入干净的金盘内盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 11.大约2倍大小,用割面刀割出三个口子,涂上少许牛奶,撒上粗砂糖,烤箱上下管190度预热。
  • 12.放入烤箱中层190度烤制17分钟即可出炉。
  • 13.成品。
  • 14.非常柔软。
