Steps to make Matsutake and Tremella Lean Meat Soup

  • 1. Wash lotus seeds, thicket seeds, Poria cocos, etc. with clean water for later use;
  • 2. Soak matsutake in water for later use;
  • 3. Soak the Tremella in advance, remove the stem and tear it into small pieces;
  • 4. Cut the lean meat into large pieces, add ginger slices and blanch in boiling water to remove any blood, then rinse thoroughly;
  • 5. Cut corn into appropriate large and small pieces;
  • 6. Peel and cut carrots into rolling blades, and wash the dates with clean water;
  • 7. Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water boils, add all the prepared ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then turn to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours; (I use the soup making mode of an electric rice cooker)
