Steps to make Matsutake and Tremella Lean Meat Soup
- 1. Wash lotus seeds, thicket seeds, Poria cocos, etc. with clean water for later use;
- 2. Soak matsutake in water for later use;
- 3. Soak the Tremella in advance, remove the stem and tear it into small pieces;
- 4. Cut the lean meat into large pieces, add ginger slices and blanch in boiling water to remove any blood, then rinse thoroughly;
- 5. Cut corn into appropriate large and small pieces;
- 6. Peel and cut carrots into rolling blades, and wash the dates with clean water;
