    Steps to make 山寨版大盘鸡

    • 1.准备好材料,鸡、土豆、胡萝卜、青红椒、洋葱切块
    • 2.锅中烧水,放入鸡块焯水,鸡肉变色后捞出放清水中清洗干净,沥干水
    • 3.热锅凉油,放入蒜头,姜片,辣椒煸炒
    • 4.加入沥干水的鸡块,煸 炒至鸡块变金黄色
    • 5.加入胡萝卜及土豆翻炒
    • 6.加入辣酱,盐,胡椒粉,花椒粉,老抽,味极鲜,料酒炒匀后,加入清水没水食材,盖上盖焖煮十分钟
    • 7.加入青红椒和洋葱块,翻炒至断生
    • 8.另起锅,将面条煮熟盛起盘中
    • 9.青红椒洋葱炒至断生后即可,将焖煮好的鸡块等盖在面条上
