Steps to make 煲仔饭

  • 1.在砂锅内抹上一层油。
  • 2.米洗净,放入砂锅中,加入1.5杯水,泡1个小时左右。
  • 3.期间,将香肠切片。
  • 4.米泡好后,大火煮开,转小火,加盖。
  • 5.煮至米饭八成熟,差不多就是水刚刚收干。
  • 6.用勺子将锅底的饭翻起来拌匀,防止焦掉。摆上香肠,打上一个蛋,洒上料酒。
  • 7.加盖小火煮5分钟左右,关火,焖15分钟。
  • 8.期间将生抽,老抽,糖,麻油倒在一起,调成酱汁。
  • 9.在水中加入少量盐和麻油,烫熟青菜。
  • 10.待饭焖好后,淋上酱汁,摆上青菜即可。
