Steps to make 盐焗鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅洗净,划上花刀;
  • 2.用调料搅匀,放入冰箱,腌制二十个小时;
  • 3.鸡翅沥干水分,用油纸包住(至少用三张油纸);
  • 4.将海盐倒入锅里,中火炒热;
  • 5.底层留约三厘米的海盐,放入包好的鸡翅,再盖上一层油;
  • 6.小火煮十五分钟,关火焗十五分钟,再小火煮十分钟,关火再焗十五分钟。
