  • 料酒1大勺
  • 生姜粉1小勺

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧肉

  • 1.将调料全部混合腌制五花肉,叉烧酱的量得以没过肉为准,腌制的时间至少是24小时,我一般腌30个小时左右,每7、8个小时翻动一次。
  • 2.腌制好后就开始烤了,烤箱200度预热5分钟,烤盘用锡纸包好备用。
  • 3.将腌好的肉放在上面。
  • 4.在入炉之前,再在表面刷一遍腌料。
  • 5.将五花肉放入预热好的烤箱开始烤制。
  • 6.烤20分钟后取出,翻面,刷料再次入炉烤15分钟就好了!不要介意有点焦,这才香呢。
  • 7.烤好的肉不要急于拿出来,在烤箱内稍焖一会儿再拿出来,不那么烫手了就可以切片了。
  • 8.剩下的腌料也不要浪费,小火熬熟。
  • 9.将熬熟的腌料汁浇在切好的叉烧肉上就可以了。
