蔓越莓小饼干
这是我自创的小点心,做法其实和戚风蛋糕差不多,但是油量和糖量很少。我用了两种温度烤法,一种是脆脆的像饼干,一种是外脆里软有点像小蛋糕,一口一个,都很好吃哦。

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 牛奶60克
  • 10克
  • 白砂糖15克
  • 白醋3滴

Steps to make 蔓越莓小饼干

  • 1.蛋黄、蛋清分离
  • 2.蛋黄中放5克糖搅打,使白砂糖融化
  • 3.再放入油、牛奶充分搅打
  • 4.搅拌成没有颗粒的面糊
  • 5.蛋清放白醋,分3次放糖打发到硬性发泡
  • 6.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀
  • 7.再倒回剩下的蛋白中翻拌均匀
  • 8.倒入裱花袋中
  • 9.挤入模具中,放入一粒蔓越莓干
  • 10.烤箱150度预热,中下层,两种温度烤法,先120度烤10分钟,再150度10分钟,很香脆的口感。先150度10分钟,后120度10分钟,外脆里软的口感。
