  • 1.羊腿棒浸泡去血水后在表面划几刀后放入蚝油、海盐、料酒、孜然粉、大蒜、小茴香腌制后放入冰箱冷藏。

  • 3.放入铝箔纸上。
  • 4.包好后放入空气炸锅160度烘烤30分钟。
  • 5.拿出打开后刷上腌料汁。
  • 6.撒上孜然粉烘烤10分钟即可。
  • 7.成品。
