大家,好久不见啦~很久之前做的,一直没上传,照着君之老师做的一款软饼干~成功~相当赞哟~

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黄油60g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 朗姆酒15ml
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 小苏打1/4小勺

Steps to make 27的实验室——香蕉软饼干

  • 1.先把香蕉弄成泥。将香蕉泥中火煮沸,加热过程中不断搅拌,煮沸后转小火,继续熬煮片刻,让泥浓缩成酱,呈褐色,冷却备用。
  • 2.将黄油切成小块,软化后加入砂糖,用电动打蛋器打发1分钟。
  • 3.加入蛋黄,继续打发30秒。
  • 4.加入冷却的香蕉酱,搅拌均匀,呈蓬松状。倒入朗姆酒,不需要搅拌。
  • 5.将低筋面粉和小苏打混合后筛入黄油混合物中。
  • 6.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 7.揉好面团,放进冰箱冷藏一下,面团变硬不粘手后,弄成自己喜欢的形状,放进冷冻室冷冻变硬。
  • 8.取出面块,切成均匀的片。
  • 9.放进预热好的烤箱,上下火,150℃,10—12分钟。
  • 10.烤至表面金黄色,烤箱的温度根据自己的烤箱实际温度而定!
  • 11.好啦~浓浓香蕉味的软饼干就完成啦~
  • 12.冷却后,就可以享用啦~
