    Steps to make 五彩缤纷凉拌菜

    • 1.猪肉切小粒。
    • 2.蔬菜类的都切细丝待用,包括豆腐皮。金针菇洗净抄一下水,沥干待用。
    • 3.葱姜切沫。
    • 4.炒锅加热,倒入色拉油,稍加热后倒入猪肉粒,翻炒,肉变色后加入葱花炒香,然后加入零添加剂的酱油适量,再加入适量的料酒,翻炒均匀后稍闷一下,收一下汁后出锅,肉粒小很容易熟的。
    • 5.把蔬菜丝,豆腐皮丝,抄好的金针菇按顺序摆好,注意颜色搭配。水萝卜切薄薄的片,摆入盘中,一片压住一片,像花一样。
    • 6.蒜捣碎成泥,加少量的凉开水。
    • 7.空碗里放适量的盐,鸡精,白糖,白醋,一滴零添加剂的酱油,香油。
    • 8.把蒜泥水加入刚刚调好的调料碗里,搅拌均匀加一些熟白芝麻,料汁就好了。
    • 9.把炒好的猪肉粒盛入盘子中间,可以加香葱少点缀,不加也可以。
    • 10.成品如图,吃的时候,把料汁浇到周边蔬菜丝上。搅拌均匀,连同肉末,成品鲜香适口,脆嫩爽口,荤素搭配营养合理。
