    Steps to make 鲜虾肉春卷

    • 1.准备食材。
    • 2.将猪肉跟虾仁分别剁碎,成末状。
    • 3.虾仁末。
    • 4.取一大碗将肉、虾末倒入,放入适量盐、五香粉、生抽、香葱、橄橄油、鹌鹑蛋。
    • 5.顺同一方向搅打上劲。
    • 6.取一大馄饨皮放面板上。
    • 7.如图所示折起来。
    • 8.以此类推。
    • 9.折好的。
    • 10.全部折好了。
    • 11.锅里放适量油,5成热时,转中火,码入包好的春卷,正反面煎下,色成金黄色时捞出,用厨房纸巾吸下油即可。
