    • 1.鸽子处理好,用清水冲洗干净。
    • 2.锅中放入清水,放入料酒。
    • 3.水煮开,放入鸽子焯去血水。
    • 4.葱、姜切好。
    • 5.香菇洗好,顶部切十字花刀。
    • 6.砂锅中放入清水烧开,放入鸽子。
    • 7.放入红枣。
    • 8.放入葱段、姜片。
    • 9.放入香菇,小火炖一个半小时。
    • 10.放入黑木耳,小火继续炖半个小时。吃时,放入盐调味即可。
