  • 1.金昌鱼洗净,放花椒、料酒、胡椒粉、盐拌匀腌制30分钟。
  • 2.把花椒、姜挑干净冷水上锅。
  • 3.大火烧开、转中火蒸13分钟。
  • 4.胡萝卜、葱切细丝。
  • 5.蒸好的鱼,淋上蒸鱼豉油、放葱丝、胡萝卜丝。
  • 6.锅内放玉米油,烧至微微冒烟。
  • 7.泼在鱼上面。
