杂粮榆钱大窝头
榆钱是榆树的种子,因其外形圆薄如钱币,故而得名,又由于它是“余钱”的谐音,因而就有吃了榆钱可有“余钱”的说法。

  • 1.榆钱清洗干净。
  • 2.面粉和豆面玉米面混合均匀。

  • 5.醒好的面团,做成大窝头,放入蒸锅中。
  • 6.冒汽后蒸20分钟即可。
