红烧土豆五花肉
五花肉焖啥都好吃,特别是土豆、菜干等,这一肥一瘦,理想的搭配、也下饭好菜吔!

  • 五花肉约250克
  • 土豆2枚
  • 红萝卜1条
  • 生姜1块
  • 蒜头1瓣
  • 红葱头1/2枚
  • 辣椒屑1/2大勺
  • 八角1朵
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 冰糖约20克
  • 生抽3大勺
  • 老油1/2大勺
  • 食盐1/4小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/3小勺
  • 白糖1小勺
  • 料酒2大勺

Steps to make 红烧土豆五花肉

  • 1.五花肉室温后入一容器,放水没过五花肉,加入食盐1小勺,搅拌均匀,浸泡20分钟。
  • 2.土豆切约边长1公分长度2公分的条,红萝卜滚刀切稍长的块。
  • 3.猪肉捞起冲先后,改刀肉块的边长约1.5公分长度2公分的条。
  • 4.红葱头、蒜头和生姜入手拉蒜米盒,拉几下变小细粒。
  • 5.把猪肉入锅,开中火。
  • 6.稍煸出油来,但不要煸太干,把油倾斜在一边。
  • 7.放入冰糖。
  • 8.把冰糖炒至溶化成褐色。
  • 9.与五花肉混炒几下。
  • 10.再把肉拨一边,开大火,加入蒜米、姜米、葱米、八角和辣椒屑,八角在入锅前用刀拍碎,爆香。
  • 11.与肉肉一起炒几下,加入清水没肉面,放生抽3大勺、老油1/2大勺、食盐1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/3小勺、白糖1小勺、料酒2大勺,搅拌几下,盖锅盖小火慢炖约20分钟。
  • 12.时间到后加入红萝卜,中火炖7~8分钟。
  • 13.倒入土豆条。
  • 14.再盖锅盖,小火慢炖七至八分钟。
  • 15.时间到后大火收汁至剩下约1/3的量,不要烧得太干,留适量的汁,装碟,享用。Enjoy !
