马铃薯培根芝麻饼
今天有点生病,只想静静地呆在厨房里为家人做点吃的。突然对烘焙很感兴趣,就做出了这款小饼干

Steps to make 马铃薯培根芝麻饼

  • 1.材料:面粉,自发粉,芝士粉,植物黄油,培根,马铃薯,鸡蛋,迷迭香(小勺子里的那些)
  • 2.因为就家里材料临时做,没有去买泡打粉,就用了自发粉。但自发粉做出来太松软,不是我要的效果,所以就一杯普通面料,半杯自发粉,再加入芝士粉一起混合。
  • 3.加入一勺比较融化了的植物黄油与上述材料一起合匀:
  • 4.土豆隔水蒸熟,取两片培根切碎,与迷迭香一起,加入蛋清及少量牛奶和匀:
  • 5.烤盘上刷上橄榄油,将面团压成1CM厚的面片,往上面均匀洒上芝麻粉
  • 6.对折。再洒上芝麻粉:
  • 7.用切刀切成一小条一小条:
  • 8.用手将它们轻轻地卷起来,动作要轻柔。然后轻放到刷了橄榄油的烤盘上:
  • 9.取出蛋黄
  • 10.并打成蛋浆:
  • 11.均匀地轻刷到做好的面条上:
  • 12.烤箱预热十分钟。200度上下火20-25分钟:
  • 13.马铃薯,培根,芝麻,芝士,迷迭香。。。。各种香味在烤制过程中飘香整个房间,狗狗们不停地进厨房催促。“叮”的一声,美食终于出炉啦:
  • 14.能说什么呢?能说什么呢?香得呀。。。。。
  • 15.看看我家几个这几个小宝贝疯狂想抢吃饼干的眼神吧。。。。。你猜好吃吗?哈哈哈,反正我老公一口气吃了半盘
