  • 豆皮50克

  • 菌粉1勺
  • 麻油5克

Steps to make 砂锅米线

  • 1.烧开一锅水,把干米线放进去,浸泡半个小时左右,时不时的搅一下,以免米线粘在一起
  • 2.豆腐皮切成条
  • 3.鱼丸虾丸需要改刀的,切成小块
  • 4.蔬菜洗净
  • 5.金针菇洗净,撕成小缕
  • 6.砂锅内加凉水,盐,菌粉,蚝油烧开
  • 7.先把鱼丸放进去煮一会
  • 8.把泡好的米线和金针菇放进去略煮
  • 9.开锅后加入生菜即可关火
  • 10.吃的时候在小碗里加入这个麻油和辣椒油,味道杠杠滴
