Steps to make 名古屋风炸鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅背切一刀方便入味
  • 2.鸡翅放保鲜袋里加一勺半的酸奶,盐,揉匀
  • 3.放冰箱冷藏一个小时以上
  • 4.取出用厨纸将酸奶擦干净
  • 5.冷油下锅炸至金黄捞出
  • 6.油温继续加热,倒入锅里复炸至金黄酥脆捞出沥干油
  • 7.锅里放入酱油,酒,味淋烧开,大蒜可以切片放进去,也可以像我这样磨碎了放进去;根据自己的口味添加白砂糖,我家好甜,加了跟酱油酒味淋一样的分量进去。
  • 8.烧开后,把炸好的鸡翅下锅拌匀,稍微浸泡一会儿装盘撒白芝麻即可
