咖喱牛腩煲
婆婆和公公旅游去了,第一次小媳妇要自己做晚饭咯
想了半天2个人就2菜一汤,半素半荤吧,韭菜炒蛋、咖喱牛腩、大酱汤。四点去买了菜貌似晚了些,牛腩煲的不够嫩,终于明白妈妈们为什么要那么早去买菜了╮(╯▽╰)╭
我的处女秀终于献出去了~~

Steps to make 咖喱牛腩煲

  • 1.将牛腩切大块,锅内上冷水,放入牛腩煮熟去血水,去掉血水的牛腩洗干净去掉血沫
  • 2.土豆、胡萝卜切块
  • 3.洋葱切好,姜切片
  • 4.锅内放少量油,加少量黄油翻炒至融化
  • 5.加洋葱,姜片继续翻炒
  • 6.加牛腩翻炒,加适量牛奶、水、椰浆(根据自己口味调节),然后放归脾,八角,咖喱粉,姜黄粉,盐,料酒搅拌均匀。小火煮开
  • 7.装入高压锅,压20分钟,打开后加土豆和胡萝卜,再压10分钟(有条件的话压牛腩那部可以加长至30/40分钟,这样牛腩会更嫩)。打开后如果还有过多的汁水,就放锅中再小火炖煮至浓稠即可
