【塔吉锅】---牛肉豆腐蔬菜煲

  • 豆腐一块
  • 牛肉一小块
  • 洋葱半个
  • 黄瓜一节
  • 胡萝卜一节
  • 小米椒四个
  • 香菜叶装饰用
  • 欣和豆瓣酱一汤匙
  • 郫县豆瓣酱一汤匙
  • 半茶匙
  • 清水一碗半

Steps to make 【塔吉锅】---牛肉豆腐蔬菜煲

  • 1.食材图。
  • 2.豆腐一块,切片摆整齐(摆法随自己)。
  • 3.放下麦豆,切成菱形片的胡萝卜,滚刀条的黄瓜。
  • 4.洋葱一部分切小块,边角少部分切成末,待用。
  • 5.牛肉切片,加半茶匙盐,淀粉,洋葱末,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.在碗中调入一汤匙欣和豆瓣酱,一汤匙郫县豆瓣酱,适量清水,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.洋葱块煸香待用,也可以省略此步骤。
  • 8.煎锅烧热,油烧热,下入腌制好的牛肉。
  • 9.牛肉滑散,出洋葱的香味。
  • 10.下入碗汁煮开,我的碗比较小,另外再加了半碗水。
  • 11.把煮开的牛肉片倒入之前摆好的塔吉锅中。
  • 12.再撒上洋葱和小米辣,盖上盖中大火煮五分钟,焖两三分钟即可,出锅稍微整理点缀。
