果酱三明治蛋糕
今天做的这款蛋糕,不仅仅是用了果酱做了夹心,在蛋糕体里面也加入了新鲜的草莓汁,可以说是从里到外都有草莓的香甜味。因用了心形的蛋糕坯,使得我无论如何都不舍得切开,怕把心一分为二了,所以没有拍切面的。

  • 柠檬少许
  • 黄油50g
  • 淡奶油80g
  • 糖粉8g

Steps to make 果酱三明治蛋糕

  • 1.草莓料理机中打成汁
  • 2.蛋黄中加20克糖,搅拌均匀后加入黄油充分搅拌均匀
  • 3.然后加入草莓汁
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入低筋粉
  • 6.搅拌成蛋黄糊。
  • 7.蛋白中加入柠檬汁
  • 8.分三次加入糖粉把蛋白打发至湿性发泡,提前打蛋器有稍微下弯的三角,或者直直的三角也可以。
  • 9.取约1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀,
  • 10.再倒回到剩余的蛋白中
  • 11.翻拌均匀。
  • 12.把翻拌好的蛋糕糊入模,我用了两个6寸的模具和一个小的模具,总共做了三个
  • 13.烤箱160度预热10分钟,入烤箱烤40分钟。
  • 14.烤好的蛋糕倒扣,晾凉后脱模
  • 15.用一个心形的蛋糕坯,均匀的横切成4片
  • 16.分别涂抹上丘比草莓酱和芒果酱,本来打算用蓝莓酱的,结果发现不够了,就改用了自制的芒果酱
  • 17.淡奶油加入糖粉
  • 18.打发
  • 19.然后把几片涂抹了果酱的蛋糕叠加,最上面用淡奶油装饰,最后放上几个新鲜草莓。看上去不错吧。
