Steps to make 日式猪排饭

  • 1.猪排断筋后以刀背剁肉,撒上盐、黑胡椒粉腌味20分钟
  • 2.洋葱、葱切细丝备用
  • 3.猪排依次沾裹面粉、蛋液、面包粉备用
  • 4.猪排下锅过油,后在回锅逼油,其后切块备用
  • 5.起锅以柴鱼汤煨煮洋葱丝,加入1汤匙清酒、1汤匙味啉、1.5汤匙酱油拌煮
  • 6.将猪排下入汤汁锅快速拌煮
  • 7.第一次从中间淋入蛋液盖上锅盖煮10秒钟,第二次蛋液围绕猪排淋入
  • 8.铺上葱丝后加盖关火焖15秒,后将煮料淋进白饭后即可
