Steps to make 清蒸武昌鱼

  • 1.准备材料;将武昌鱼洗净,葱、冬笋、姜洗净;
  • 2.将鱼平放,鱼头和鱼尾切下备用,刀口顺着鱼脊背片开,鱼肚腹相连不要切断,摆成孔雀花型;
  • 3.将葱、姜、火腿、冬笋分别切成丝;
  • 4.摆在鱼身上;
  • 5.蒸锅中水烧开,将鱼入锅中蒸5分钟后取出,将几种丝拣出不要,用一小碗将所有调味料搅拌均匀,淋在鱼身上,用枸杞装饰即可;
