  • 1.将排骨斩成寸段,洗净沥干待用。
  • 2.玉米砍成段,每段再剖成四半。葱、姜、蒜略拍破、淀粉里加适量水兑成芡汁。
  • 3.锅置火上少许油烧热,煸香八角、桂皮、葱姜蒜,推到炒锅一侧。
  • 4.下入排骨、冰糖放入锅中炒至棕红色,排骨上色。
  • 5.加足量热水、老抽、用大火烧沸后转至砂锅小火慢烧30分钟。
  • 6.再放入玉米,一同煲制约10-15分钟。
  • 7.转至大火加入适量的盐调味,收汁至浓稠即可。
