Steps to make 红烧豆腐

  • 1.先把豆腐切成3公分宽,5公分长,1公分厚的片。
  • 2.锅里放适量油,六成热放入豆腐。
  • 3.一面上色反过来再煎另一面。
  • 4.煎到两面金黄色即可出锅。
  • 5.锅里留底油,放入姜和蒜煸炒。
  • 6.倒入料酒、酱油、水。
  • 7.放入豆腐,加盐、白糖。
  • 8.出锅前放入味精、香油调味。
  • 9.盛入盘中,就可以吃了。
